Terms and Conditions on Website Sales

If you are interested in becoming a wholesaler or retailer of Ecobulb® products please contact us directly on info@energymad.com for terms and conditions.

Ecobulb® orders will be delivered within 7 working days of receipt of payment, unless the product is listed as being out of stock, in which case the order will be put on back order and will be delivered as soon as new stock arrives. We will inform you of your order's progress. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received, unless by prior arrangement.

Orders will be processed and confirmed for dispatch within two working days. The customer can cancel the order any time prior to dispatch. Late cancellation may result in costs which may be passed on to the customer.

Please note that the prices may be subject to change.

All orders are charged inclusive of postage and packing.

Payment may either be made by Credit Card (via the secure DPS facility) or by direct credit to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for Australian orders, or Kiwibank for New Zealand orders. Account details are given at check-out.

Where payment is being made by direct credit, full payment of the due invoice is to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

Bulk order discounts may be available on request.

Energy Mad Limited offers a Two Year Warranty on all our Ecobulb® products. If you are for any reason unhappy with our products we will replace or refund as requested.
