- Developing the ultra high performance, ultra low mercury, high power factor Ecobulb® products that replace incandescent light bulbs including halogens.
- Implemented 37 New Zealand residential and commercial Ecobulb® projects with government, electricity utilities, supermarkets and Shell New Zealand. 5.0 million Ecobulb® light bulbs have been sold, with 57% of New Zealand homes having purchased five or more Ecobulb® light bulbs each. The Ecobulb® is the highest selling energy saving bulb in New Zealand.
- Delivery of large Ecobulb® electricity utility projects and retail distribution in Australia, the United States, Germany, Spain, Ireland, China, Singapore and Vietnam.
- Energy Mad's success in securing government and electricity utility funding has been due to the innovative high power factor Ecobulbs®. Consumers who install high power factor Ecobulbs help maintain power quality in the electricity system. This success has also been complemented by innovative Ecobulb® marketing and point of sale displays.
